It is pre-shrunk (for stable size even after a wash) and bio washed for most premium feel. One of the best fabrics you will get anywhere. Even the printing is with the best branded fabric printers and inks.
For women’s top, what is the option?

Women can get a 3/4th sleeve top as shown below, for a small additional fee as shown in the upgrades table
