We will provide an exchange / refund in case of manufacturing defects, or genuine issues such as a damaged, malfunctioning or wrong product received. We will make our best efforts to correct it without ANY cost to you, including shipping costs. Our main aim is customer satisfaction.
For Apparel and customized products, we do not offer exchange/return for change in choice of design or size. Most items are made-to-order, in specific design and size, and hence these cannot be resold. Please look at size charts carefully before ordering.
For Apparel, size may vary by about 5% due to human error, which will be treated as normal. For comfortable/loose fit, please select one size up, and for snug fit, select one size down.
Colour shades might vary slightly from the online image due to your device display’s colour settings being slightly different from the shades we use. This will not be considered as a reason for exchange. But if colours are considerably different, please contact our support team.
In case of any issues, please email us within 7 days from delivery.
Bonnet Bots Media LLP (BBML) will decide between a refund or replacement, at its own discretion, based on what is best suitable, but will also try to accommodate customer’s wishes as much as possible.
