Return Policy
- We will provide an exchange / refund in case of manufacturing defects, or genuine issues such as a damaged, malfunctioning or wrong product received. We will make our best efforts to correct it without ANY cost to you, including shipping costs. Our main aim is customer satisfaction.
- For Apparel and customized products, we do not offer exchange/return for change in choice of design or size. Most items are made-to-order, in specific design and size, and hence these cannot be resold. Please look at size charts carefully before ordering.
- For Apparel, size may vary by about 5% due to human error, which will be treated as normal. For comfortable/loose fit, please select one size up, and for snug fit, select one size down.
- Colour shades might vary slightly from the online image due to your device display’s colour settings being slightly different from the shades we use. This will not be considered as a reason for exchange. But if colours are considerably different, please contact our support team.
- In case of any issues, please email us within 7 days from delivery.
- Bonnet Bots Media LLP (BBML) will decide between a refund or replacement, at its own discretion, based on what is best suitable, but will also try to accommodate customer’s wishes as much as possible.
